Implementation Engineer

About this role

Adyen seeks an Implementation Engineer in New York to manage technical integrations for major merchants across payment platforms. You'll serve as the primary technical consultant, guiding clients through API integration, system design, and deployment while collaborating across sales, product, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Develop scalable payment integration solutions adhering to industry best practices
• Consult with merchants on optimizing checkout experiences, authentication, and omni-channel payments
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering
• Oversee project delivery and ensure technical integrity of merchant integrations
• Provide technical guidance for e-commerce, POS, and marketplace integrations
• Serve as primary technical contact throughout design, development, testing, and launch phases
