Software Engineer- CH- AXS

About this role

AXS is hiring a Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC to build scalable backend systems that integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into their ticketing platform. You'll develop APIs, data pipelines, and AI-driven features while collaborating with product and design teams.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for AI-powered features
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities including LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation into applications
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for AI workflows
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and services like OpenAI and Anthropic
• Improve system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture decisions and technical direction
