About this role
Aera Technology seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as a strategic technical partner to the sales team in closing complex enterprise deals. You'll guide customers through discovery and proof-of-value engagements, translating their business challenges into compelling use cases for Aera's Decision Intelligence platform while working closely with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and drive wins.
What you'll do
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and develop deal strategy from discovery through closing
- Lead technical discovery and workshops to understand customer challenges and define success criteria
- Deliver product demos and proof-of-value engagements that showcase business outcomes
- Translate customer pain points into compelling future-state visions powered by Aera's platform
- Align technical, operational, and business stakeholders around a clear value proposition
- Act as trusted advisor to customers and trusted partner to sales leadership to accelerate deal momentum
