About this role
Affirm is seeking an Analyst II to join the Core Analytics team, focusing on building scalable data infrastructure and analytics foundations that drive business decisions. This remote role bridges data engineering and analytics, requiring someone to own end-to-end analytical workflows while improving developer experience and fostering data literacy across the organization.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain end-to-end analytics workflows including metrics definition, insight generation, and scalable data modeling
- Identify bottlenecks in developer and analytics lifecycles, quantify their impact, and drive cross-team improvements
- Establish data quality standards through testing, alerting, documentation, and code review practices
- Organize and improve discoverability of key business metrics across teams
- Contribute to shared tooling and knowledge sharing initiatives within the analytics community
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate data insights into business decisions
