Analyst II, Full Stack (Customer Servicing Analytics)

About this role

Affirm is seeking an Analyst II to drive customer servicing strategy through advanced forecasting and analytics. You'll own demand planning, capacity forecasting, and operational insights across multiple geographies while leveraging AI/ML throughout the analytical process.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain forecasting models using time series, regression, and machine learning for contact volume, headcount, and license planning
• Partner with stakeholders to frame planning problems, develop metrics, and support high-quality operational decisions
• Report on forecast accuracy and health for UK, CA, and new geographies
• Surface productivity and efficiency improvements using budget and financial performance data
• Present recommendations to leadership and communicate with cross-functional partners
• Partner with operational planning and other analytics teams to ensure accurate data and business context

• SQL and Python or R proficiency
• Cloud-native data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• AI/LLM tools for analytics workflows
• Statistical forecasting model development and validation
• Time series analysis and machine learning techniques
• Linear programming optimization (preferred)

• Problem structuring and independent analytical thinking
