Cybersecurity PPSM Engineer
About this role
AGE Solutions seeks a Cybersecurity PPSM Engineer to support DoD cybersecurity risk management and assessment programs at Fort Meade, MD. The role combines program administration, system security implementation, and technical documentation for a defense infrastructure initiative, requiring active DoD clearance and advanced registry management expertise.
What you'll do
- Provide program control and administrative support to the PPSM Secretariat, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and DISN guidelines
- Design and implement PPSM system security measures, metrics, and monitoring processes for communications and task tracking
- Manage PPSM Registry user accounts, eMASS systems, and database entries; process non-DoD registrations via Federal DMZ and NIPRNet Gateways
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of reports, briefings, and documentation; prepare and support monthly CCB/TAG meetings
- Develop technical papers, white papers, and policy updates on PPSM and cybersecurity topics; maintain website and official documents
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities; provide monthly performance metrics and stakeholder communications

- Network security, ports, protocols, firewalls, and boundary protection
- DoD 8570 IA Technical Level II certification
- DISA security policies and 8551.01 compliance
- Network architectures, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, and switching
- Technical writing and documentation
- Database management and DISA DMZ Whitelist processes
- SIPRNet/NIPRNet systems administration
