What you'll do

• Test advanced language models on German grammar topics including verb conjugation, case systems, and word order
• Engage in conversational scenarios with AI models to identify failure modes and linguistic errors
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Document reproducible error traces with clear explanations
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Communicate findings clearly with metacognitive analysis of model performance

• Native or expert-level German language proficiency
• Strong knowledge of German grammar and linguistics (morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics)
• Analytical and metacognitive communication skills
• Understanding of language model evaluation
• Research or teaching experience in linguistics
