Associate Systems Engineer

Agero seeks an Associate Systems Engineer to support installation, configuration, and maintenance of server environments in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role involves managing core IT systems, user accounts, backups, and providing technical support to internal teams while ensuring system security and reliability.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Perform routine backups, data restoration, and disaster recovery procedures
• Administer user and group accounts with appropriate security privileges
• Manage Microsoft Exchange, voicemail, call routing, and file/print services
• Provide first and second-level technical support to desktop specialists
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and workstation issues, escalating when necessary
