About this role
Agility is seeking a Thermal Analysis Engineer to support the design and development of next-generation humanoid robots for commercial deployment. You'll conduct thermal analyses using predictive methods and validation testing to ensure reliable performance in demanding warehouse and manufacturing environments.
What you'll do
- Perform thermal analysis and design using hand calculations, Python, and CFD simulation tools
- Collaborate with lead thermal engineer and design teams on thermal subsystem development
- Coordinate thermal testing and validation with field partners to verify predictions and resolve issues
- Develop thermal specifications, requirements, and test protocols for design verification
- Work cross-functionally across mechanical, software, and applications engineering teams
- Support scaling of thermal solutions for commercial robot deployment
