Forward Deployed Engineer (Ayama)

About this role

Ayama seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and enterprise customers in the heavy assets and energy sector. You'll split time between remote customer support and on-site deployments, writing production code while configuring AI solutions for operational excellence across industrial assets.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary technical contact for customer implementations and ongoing support
• Write and maintain Python and SQL code for customer-specific configurations
• Debug and troubleshoot across complex systems in production environments
• Conduct on-site training, deployments, and incident response at customer facilities
• Translate customer operational insights into product feedback and feature requests
• Configure Ayama's platform to align with each customer's unique operational needs
