AI/ML Engineer

About this role

Air Apps is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop and optimize machine learning models for their AI-powered personal resource planning mobile applications. You'll work onsite in Lisbon with cross-functional teams to create intelligent features that enhance user engagement, with relocation support available.

What you'll do

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for mobile app features
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques to improve user engagement
• Design and maintain scalable ML pipelines for efficient model deployment and monitoring
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and drive data-driven decisions
• Optimize AI models for mobile environments to ensure high performance and low latency
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI solutions
