Data Engineer

About this role

Air Apps, a self-funded AI company with 100M+ downloads, seeks a Data Analyst to drive business insights through data interpretation and visualization. You'll create dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize product performance and user experience in a fully onsite Lisbon role.

What you'll do

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Clean, structure, and validate large datasets for accuracy and usability
• Define and monitor KPIs across marketing, product, and business domains
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis to improve user engagement
• Present data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams

• SQL data querying and manipulation
• Python or R for statistical analysis
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• A/B testing and statistical methodologies
• User analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
