QA Automation Engineer

About this role

Air Apps seeks a QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications. You'll build regression and functional test suites, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases for an AI-powered resource planning platform.

What you'll do

• Design and develop automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications
• Create and execute automated regression, functional, performance, and API tests
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and detect defects early
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and report issues
• Enhance test coverage by identifying critical scenarios and edge cases

• Test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright)
• Programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
• Git and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
• Software testing principles and SDLC
• Agile methodologies
• Mobile app testing (iOS & Android) - preferred
