QA Engineer

About this role

Air Apps is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of their AI-powered mobile applications. You'll develop automated tests, perform API testing with Postman, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in their Lisbon office to deliver stable software before deployment.

What you'll do

• Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications
• Create and maintain API tests using Postman with detailed documentation
• Develop test plans, test cases, and automated regression/functional/performance tests
• Document bugs and work with developers to resolve issues
• Validate feature compliance and identify edge cases and performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality throughout development

• Manual and functional testing (3+ years)
• Test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright)
• API testing with Postman
• Programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray)
• Bug tracking systems (Jira, Trello, Bugzilla)
• Web and mobile application testing (iOS & Android)
• Agile development environment experience
