Release Engineer

About this role

Air Apps seeks a Release Engineer to manage smooth and reliable software releases across their AI-powered planning platform. You'll oversee versioning, build management, and deployment workflows while collaborating with development, QA, and DevOps teams in their Lisbon office to streamline release cycles and maintain high delivery standards.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize release pipelines for smooth software deployment
• Define and maintain versioning strategies across multiple environments
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams on timely and stable releases
• Automate build, release, and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability
• Monitor release-related issues and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime
• Implement feature flagging strategies and continuous improvement in deployment processes
