Join Aircall's Forward Deployed Engineering team to design and implement AI-powered automation solutions for customers, bridging technical consulting with product innovation. You'll own end-to-end delivery of low-code workflows connecting AI agents to business tools, while driving team growth and scaling Aircall's deployment capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy technically sound, low-code AI solutions tailored to customer workflows
• Integrate Aircall's AI Agent with customer systems like CRMs, help desks, and communication platforms
• Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Build reusable frameworks and documentation to standardize deployment processes
• Drive team upskilling and knowledge sharing across the Forward Deployed Engineering group
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and gather feedback for product refinement
