What you'll do

• Design and deploy end-to-end AI Agent workflows integrated with customer CRMs, helpdesks, and communication platforms
• Lead technical implementations that translate customer business challenges into scalable solutions
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure measurable customer outcomes
• Build reusable frameworks and best practices to improve AI deployment efficiency
• Drive team upskilling initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization
• Refine platform capabilities by gathering customer feedback and partnering with engineering teams
