Join Aircall's Data team as a Full Stack Software Engineer to build AI-powered internal tools that streamline go-to-market operations. You'll partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to identify high-impact opportunities and rapidly deploy solutions that boost productivity across the organization.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with GTM teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Design and build full-stack AI-powered tools for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and RevOps
• Move projects from prototype to production quickly while maintaining quality
• Embed with stakeholders to ensure built solutions deliver measurable business impact
• Own end-to-end outcomes from conception through deployment and iteration
• Develop internal tooling that scales productivity across go-to-market functions
