About this role

AIRCO, a carbon conversion technology leader, seeks an Engineer I to support process design and development for synthetic fuel production. You'll work hands-on in lab and pilot plant settings, collaborating with senior engineers on process flow schemes, engineering documentation, and technical problem-solving in a startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop process flow schemes and engineering design templates under senior engineer guidance
  • Conduct hands-on lab and pilot plant operations with structured training
  • Review engineering data, schematics, drawings, and process documentation for accuracy
  • Support cross-functional development projects and process technology evaluation
  • Analyze data and communicate findings through written reports and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety/environmental regulations
