Software Engineer (Defense)

About this role

Air Space Intelligence seeks a Software Engineer to develop mission-critical decision-making technology for defense and aviation sectors. You'll build products from concept to scale in a fast-paced environment, working with Rust and Python while collaborating across teams on problems that impact airspace safety.

What you'll do

• Design and build innovative software products from initial concept through production optimization
• Develop high-performance, scalable systems for defense and critical infrastructure applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including end-users, engineers, and deployment strategists
• Leverage LLM tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Solve complex problems delivering decision-making tools to operational end-users
• Travel as needed for deployments and team coordination
