Demo Engineer, Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting

About this role

Airtable seeks a Demo Engineer to design and build AI-powered demo infrastructure that enables the Solutions Consulting team to win enterprise deals. You'll create scalable, reusable Airtable apps and experiences that showcase the platform's capabilities through industry-specific, story-driven demonstrations tailored to prospect needs.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain a library of reusable Airtable apps and components for Solutions Consultants to adapt across industries
• Build AI-forward demo experiences highlighting agents, automations, interfaces, and integrations as core platform value
• Partner with Solutions Consultants and Account Executives to translate customer requirements into polished, workflow-driven demos
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to integrate new features into demo assets as they launch
• Create technical documentation and enablement materials to help the SC team customize and deploy assets independently
• Support live customer evaluations by rapidly customizing demos based on evolving technical requirements

What they're looking for

• Airtable platform expertise (schemas, linked records, formulas, interface designer)
• AI agents and MCP tools for building and maintaining demo assets
• APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns (Zapier, Make, REST)
• JavaScript literacy for reading and evaluating AI-generated scripts
• Automation logic and workflow design
• Solutions engineering or technical consulting background
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
• Project prioritization and multitasking
