GTM Engineer

About this role

Airtable seeks a GTM Engineer to build and automate go-to-market workflows using AI, no-code/low-code tools, and data integrations. You'll design intelligent systems that connect Salesforce, data warehouses, and enrichment platforms while leveraging LLMs to scale GTM processes without manual overhead.

What you'll do

• Automate end-to-end GTM processes including lead enrichment, account research, pipeline hygiene, and outbound sequencing
• Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs to score accounts, generate insights, and route intelligence to sales teams
• Maintain reliable data flows between Salesforce, Databricks, enrichment tools, and platforms like Gong and Outreach
• Design event-driven automation using Airtable, Clay, Zapier, n8n, and similar tools at scale
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to identify problems and iterate on solutions
• Document systems and maintain infrastructure so teams can build on top rather than around it
