Product Security Engineer

About this role

Airtable seeks a Product Security Engineer to build secure-by-design frameworks and automated controls across their platform. You'll partner with engineering teams to implement threat modeling, manage vulnerabilities, and lead security initiatives while specializing in AI/LLM safety and multi-tenant data isolation.

What you'll do

• Develop self-service security frameworks and automated guardrails for engineering teams to ship secure code by default
• Conduct design reviews and threat modeling for new features, focusing on authorization, multi-tenant isolation, and complex business logic
• Research and implement controls for AI and LLM safety risks, including prompt injection prevention
• Manage penetration testing programs and bug bounties, driving vulnerability remediation
• Partner with product teams to provide actionable security guidance early in the development process
• Contribute to security roadmaps, metrics, and strategic planning
