Software Engineer, AI Enablement

About this role

Aiwyn, a fast-growing accounting SaaS platform, seeks a Software Engineer for AI Enablement to embed AI workflows across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally to build internal AI assistants, custom agents, and tooling that makes AI the default way work happens—starting with engineering productivity.

What you'll do

• Observe team workflows and ship targeted AI agents that reduce toil and improve efficiency
• Operate and improve an internal AI assistant as a product, ensuring high answer quality
• Build AI-driven engineering productivity tools including agent-assisted testing, code review, and verification
• Create reusable patterns, templates, and primitives that enable other engineers to adopt AI independently
• Measure adoption metrics and use data to inform the next set of AI initiatives
• Drive cross-functional AI adoption through both technical solutions and direct engagement with teams
