Software Engineer, Client Solutions

About this role

AKASA, a leading generative AI healthcare platform, seeks a Client Solutions Software Engineer to manage ML model deployments for healthcare revenue cycle teams. You'll handle implementation, client onboarding, LLM evaluation frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration with product and R&D teams in New York City.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end deployment implementations including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and production support
• Guide customers through technical onboarding, system integration, troubleshooting, and data acquisition
• Design and own evaluation frameworks to measure and improve LLM performance across deployments
• Provide feedback and insights to drive product and platform improvements
• Collaborate with R&D teams to build scalable, robust client solutions

• Python (5+ years professional experience)
• LLM evaluation design and implementation
• Relational databases and SQL
• APIs and ETL pipelines
• FastAPI and SQLAlchemy (nice to have)
• Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have)
