Solutions Engineer, NA West

About this role

Akuity seeks a Solutions Engineer for the North American West region to drive customer success by translating technical challenges into platform solutions. You'll bridge sales and engineering teams, delivering compelling demos and proof-of-concepts to prospects evaluating GitOps and Kubernetes deployment tools.

What you'll do

• Conduct technical discovery and demonstrations with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle
• Develop custom presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions showcasing platform capabilities
• Gather detailed customer requirements to inform implementation scoping and resource planning
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies and customer evaluations
• Build trusted advisory relationships by advocating for customer needs internally
• Create tailored use cases and sample solutions aligned with customer pain points

• CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure expertise
• Argo CD and cloud-native ecosystem familiarity
