Full-Stack Analytics Engineer II

About this role

As a Full-Stack Analytics Engineer II, you'll own the complete analytics ecosystem, building data infrastructure and AI-powered applications that transform raw data into strategic insights. You'll leverage Claude Code and generative AI to rapidly develop both backend data models and polished user interfaces that tell compelling data stories.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain data ingestion pipelines from systems like HRIS, ATS, and Identity management
• Build canonical data models and semantic layers for the middle data tier
• Develop analytics applications and user interfaces using generative AI tools
• Transform complex datasets into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Create data visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights to stakeholders
• Manage and optimize the overall analytics and data ecosystem
