IT Support Engineer (f/m/d)

About this role

Aleph Alpha seeks an IT Support Engineer to manage and support their Apple ecosystem and Google Workspace infrastructure for 300+ employees. You'll handle device management, user administration, technical support, and automation while ensuring security and compliance standards.

What you'll do

• Manage Kandji/IRU MDM platform for device enrollment, app deployment, and security policies
• Administer Google Workspace including user lifecycle and security configurations
• Provide expert-level support for macOS and iOS devices
• Design zero-touch deployment workflows for employee onboarding
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or AppleScript
• Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams on endpoint compliance

• Apple device management (macOS/iOS)
• Kandji/IRU or similar MDM solutions (Jamf, Mosyle)
• Google Workspace administration
• Scripting and automation
• SSO/identity management
• ITIL processes and ISMS frameworks
• German and English fluency
• Customer service orientation
