Benesch seeks an experienced Civil/Construction Engineer to manage diverse construction projects across Wisconsin, overseeing planning, design, and client relationships while contributing to business growth. The role combines field-based construction observation with strategic leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Manage construction project budgets and schedules while performing field observations
• Measure construction work, calculate quantities, and prepare daily reports and documentation
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals for assigned projects
• Report progress and technical issues to project supervisors
• Provide design support and mentor junior staff on project teams
• Drive business development by expanding service lines and building client relationships
