  • Civil transportation design (4+ years)
  • OpenRoads Designer proficiency
  • DOT standards and requirements knowledge
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license in Connecticut or comity-eligible
  • CAD and CADD standards compliance
  • Project budgeting and scheduling
  • Client communication and relationship management
  • Independent work execution
