About this role
Algolia seeks a Customer Success Engineer to guide enterprise customers through technical implementation and optimization of its AI-powered search platform. You'll deliver hands-on onboarding, architecture consulting, and workshops while partnering with account teams to ensure long-term customer success.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical onboarding, solution design, and implementation support to assigned customer accounts
- Design and conduct technical workshops on search best practices and Algolia platform adoption
- Act as technical owner for Professional and Expert Foundation service offerings
- Identify and proactively resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
- Develop regular status reports and maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Partner with product and engineering teams to develop expertise and represent customer needs
