Desktop Engineer

Align is seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to provide exceptional technical support in a corporate environment, especially to executives and VIPs. This hybrid role involves onsite work at client locations and requires strong troubleshooting abilities and client-service skills.

What you'll do

• Deliver on-site support for desktop and end user technical issues
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution for Executive and VIPs
• Assist clients with varying IT knowledge levels
• Install, upgrade, and remove desktop applications and workstations
• Troubleshoot computer and server problems
