About this role

Develop and maintain predictive analytics automation tools and reporting systems for aircraft fleet monitoring, working with data science platforms and maintenance systems to optimize aircraft reliability and safety.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate automated reliability data reporting with aircraft manufacturers (Airbus/Boeing) and component vendors
  • Analyze pilot reports, maintenance delays, and component performance data to assess fleet safety and economic impact
  • Perform root cause and failure mode analysis on aircraft data to identify maintenance program deficiencies and operational risks
  • Develop and manage tools within predictive maintenance platforms to transform datasets into actionable insights for the maintenance organization
  • Create automated anomaly detection systems and periodically review predictive alerts for accuracy
  • Act as liaison between engineering teams, maintenance organization, and manufacturer support teams
