Electrical Engineer, Wire Harness & Electrical Integration

About this role

Allen Control Systems seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and integrate wire harness systems for autonomous defense platforms. You'll lead electrical integration across sensors, computing systems, actuators, and power distribution in a fast-paced defense startup founded by former Navy engineers.

What you'll do

• Design wire harness systems and cable assemblies for complex robotic and electromechanical platforms
• Integrate sensors, computing systems, actuators, and power electronics for reliable communication and power delivery
• Create wiring diagrams, pinout documentation, and electrical schematics for prototype and production systems
• Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and mechanical teams on system-level integration
• Ensure durability and reliability in demanding operational environments
• Own electrical integration from early design through testing and deployment
