About this role

Allen Control Systems seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and integrate wire harness systems for autonomous defense platforms. You'll lead electrical integration across sensors, computing systems, actuators, and power distribution in a fast-paced defense startup founded by former Navy engineers.

  • Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and mechanical teams on system-level integration
  • Ensure durability and reliability in demanding operational environments
  • Own electrical integration from early design through testing and deployment
