Test Integration Engineer

About this role

Allen Control Systems, a defense startup developing autonomous weapon systems, seeks a Test Integration Engineer to integrate and validate electrical, mechanical, and software systems for next-generation platforms. This hands-on role involves system bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple technical domains.

What you'll do

• Integrate electrical subsystems including motor drivers, sensors, cameras, networking, and power systems
• Perform system bring-up, debugging, and validation during prototype and production phases
• Debug and integrate Linux-based platforms and STM32 firmware systems
• Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers) to diagnose technical issues
• Develop and execute test procedures for electrical, communication, and system-level validation
• Troubleshoot power, signal integrity, timing, and communication problems
