Founding Engineer

About this role

Alleviate Health is building AI agents that autonomously recruit and retain patients in clinical trials, drastically reducing costs and timelines for pharma companies. As a Founding Engineer, you'll help scale this market-leading solution that's already conducting 100k+ conversations monthly and closing $350k+ annual contracts.

What you'll do

• Orchestrate AI agent fleets coordinating patient recruitment across hundreds of clinical trials
• Develop proprietary ML models matching patient profiles to trials using real-world outcomes
• Scale LLMs across voice, SMS, and email while maintaining conversation consistency
• Integrate with legacy healthcare systems lacking public APIs
• Optimize AI agent performance through continuous learning from patient interactions
• Support hypergrowth expansion across enterprise pharma accounts
