Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking a skilled Audio Engineer to manage all aspects of audio for live events, studio recordings, and media appearances. This role will be responsible for front-of-house mixing, monitor mixing, broadcast mixes, and producing high-quality audio content. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, experience with various audio systems, and a passion for delivering exceptional audio experiences.

What you'll do

  • Manage audio for live events including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Record, edit, and mix audio for video productions and podcasts in the Arizona studio.
  • Maintain and repair audio equipment, recommending upgrades and standardization.
  • Coordinate audio with video and lighting teams for integrated productions.
  • Prepare input lists, patch sheets, and console show files for events.
  • Ensure wireless microphone and in-ear monitor systems function flawlessly.
