About this role
AllSpice is seeking a CX Engineer to drive customer adoption of their hardware collaboration platform. You'll lead technical onboarding, guide engineering teams through ECAD workflows and Git-based practices, and identify expansion opportunities within accounts while working closely with product and sales leadership.
What you'll do
- Lead technical onboarding and deployment of AllSpice for electrical engineering teams
- Train customers on collaborative design reviews, ECAD project imports, and Git-based workflows
- Serve as primary technical advisor for platform integration and development process optimization
- Identify and support expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ECAD files, repositories, and integrations
- Create documentation, playbooks, and enablement resources to scale customer usage
