About this role
AllSpice is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales and customer success for their hardware collaboration platform. You'll conduct discovery sessions, deliver product demos, manage proof-of-concept evaluations, and create technical enablement materials for electronics engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Run technical discovery sessions with prospects to identify pain points and workflow inefficiencies
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations to customers and executives
- Design and manage proof-of-value plans and trial evaluations
- Travel up to 20% for conferences, trade shows, and customer visits
- Train sales and GTM teams on product knowledge and technical personas
- Create reusable demo environments, guides, and technical sales assets
What they're looking for
- Solutions or Sales Engineering experience
- Electrical or Computer Engineering background
- PCB and schematic design knowledge
- Technical presentation and communication skills
- Project management and organization
- ECAD tools (Allegro, OrCAD, Altium, KiCad)
- Git workflows and version control platforms
- Technical documentation writing
