Associate Product Developer

About this role

ALO seeks an Associate Product Developer to support the creation of activewear from concept through production. You'll manage style development, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure products meet quality, cost, and timeline goals in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Support seamless and cut-and-sew garment development from concept to production while tracking quality and margin goals
• Own assigned styles with guidance from senior team members and manage development milestones
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Tech Design, Production, and Color teams to maintain product integrity
• Maintain accurate PLM data including style pages, BOMs, and cost sheets; analyze costing opportunities
• Communicate with vendors on timelines, samples, costing, and minimum order quantities
• Attend fit sessions and escalate risks related to calendar, construction, or testing
