Electrical Engineer - Rail (Ref. L-2613)

About this role

ALTEN Technology USA seeks an Electrical Engineer to support rail system testing and commissioning in the Greensboro, NC area. The role involves conducting test activities, troubleshooting systems, documenting failures, and collaborating with project teams to identify and resolve integration issues.

What you'll do

• Execute test and commissioning activities according to established processes
• Troubleshoot systems and equipment to identify root causes of failures and integration issues
• Document test results, failures, and non-conformance reports in the RTC database
• Prepare and consolidate test reports and maintain document lifecycle in PDM
• Travel weekly to local client sites for on-site testing and field work
• Utilize engineering drawings, bills of material, and technical specifications for wayside systems
