Hardware Engineer (High Voltage)

The role demands strong technical skills combined with leadership capabilities, customer communication, and delivery accountability for a distributed team.

What you'll do

• Design and review schematics, PCB layouts, and test cases for power distribution systems
• Lead and mentor hardware team members across multiple locations
• Perform circuit analysis, validation, and board bring-up testing activities
• Communicate technical issues and progress clearly to automotive customers
• Deliver project milestones on schedule
• Conduct worst-case analysis and independent circuit design validation

• Circuit design and schematic tools (DxDesigner, Altium, or Cadence)
• PCB design and layout
• Power supply design and MOSFET-based circuits
• SPICE simulation and worst-case analysis
