Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support

About this role

ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Manufacturing Engineer for Production Support in Miramar, FL to optimize manufacturing processes, improve quality and safety metrics, and support new product introductions in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role involves collaborating with production teams, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvements across manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Optimize manufacturing and repair processes by supporting production cells
• Analyze production data to drive improvements in safety, quality, and on-time delivery
• Develop and maintain work instructions and technical documentation
• Lead or support root cause corrective action (RCCA) and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and enhance workflow
• Support new product introduction and capital expenditure projects
