  • Design and execute destructive and non-destructive testing methods to replicate and validate failures
  • Analyze test data and microstructural images to understand material behavior and failure mechanisms
  • Prepare detailed technical reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations
  • Present results to engineering and leadership teams and support implementation of corrective actions
