  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish global best practices for new features
  • Support platform and program-specific new feature development initiatives
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and voice-of-customer research to inform development
  • Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements and industry best practices to stakeholders
