Project Engineer

About this role

ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Project Engineer to coordinate complex multi-disciplinary engineering activities in Swiftwater, PA. You'll manage project documentation, schedules, costs, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols across the entire product development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule engineering activities across all disciplines under project manager direction
• Organize project documentation, design records, and track engineering deliverables
• Plan field surveys and manage technical data collection and analysis
• Lead and document cross-functional meetings with engineering, safety, procurement, and construction teams
• Monitor project costs and schedules; manage vendor reviews, RFIs, and material submittals
• Support equipment specifications, bid evaluations, and maintain action item tracking
