Systems Engineer

About this role

ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to drive product development across aerospace, medical devices, and robotics. You'll manage requirements decomposition, create validation plans, develop systems documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex engineering challenges.

What you'll do

• Write Concept of Operations and systems documentation
• Decompose requirements and define user stories for validation planning
• Create Interface Control Documentation and manage requirement flow-down
• Develop test plans and oversee integration activities
• Use MBSE tools (CAMEO, JAMA, JIRA) or standard documentation platforms
• Partner with customers and stakeholders on problem-solving
