Technical Implementation Engineer (F/M/*)

About this role

Join a European AI company as a Technical Implementation Engineer to serve as the bridge between customers and engineering teams. You'll lead technical discussions, design solution architectures, manage proof-of-concept processes, and translate customer needs into actionable engineering requirements while supporting sales and customer success efforts.

What you'll do

• Analyze and resolve technical customer issues, escalating appropriately to internal teams
• Design solution architectures and prepare demos and proofs of concept aligned with sales strategy
• Explain complex technical features and integrations clearly to customers and identify potential blockers
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into precise technical tickets
• Support customer success with technical implementation and early issue detection
• Create and optimize technical materials including solution sheets, architecture documentation, and demo scripts
