About this role
Ambrook, a Series B fintech serving family-run farms and businesses, seeks a Growth Engineer to accelerate platform adoption by building systems that enable rapid experimentation across landing pages, activation flows, and checkout. You'll partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive revenue growth using data-driven approaches while maintaining high experimental rigor.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain growth infrastructure including landing pages, activation flows, checkout systems, and experiment frameworks
- Drive experimentation velocity by enabling marketing, sales, and product teams to iterate faster and test hypotheses
- Build end-to-end growth surfaces instrumented for measurement and learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement technical solutions
- Champion data hygiene, security, and privacy practices across growth systems
- Share learnings on conversion, activation, and retention best practices across the organization

- Full-stack development with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Mobile development experience with React Native/Expo
- Data analysis and SQL proficiency (BigQuery, PostgreSQL)
- A/B testing and experimentation design
- API integration and backend systems design

- Analytics instrumentation and product metrics
