About this role

Ambrook, a Series A fintech startup serving family-run businesses, is seeking a Talent Engineer to build and scale their recruiting function. You'll own sourcing, coordination, and automation across technical and commercial roles, working closely with the founding recruiter to create an efficient, data-driven hiring process.

What you'll do

  • Source and outreach to candidates across technical and commercial roles using multiple channels
  • Manage candidate scheduling, coordination, and pipeline logistics across active requisitions
  • Conduct initial screening conversations and qualify prospects for full interviews
  • Build and deploy automations using Claude, Zapier, and Ashby to streamline recruiting workflows
  • Develop sourcing playbooks and strategies for consistent, repeatable recruitment success
  • Track and present pipeline health metrics and funnel data to leadership and hiring managers
